Had an awesome stay with friends! We visited the National Gallery and enjoyed the rooftop views. Everything was spot on, from the comfy rooms to the friendly doorman who made us feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring historical sites and shopping. Highly recommend this gem!
The breakfast was a bit pricey for what you get. I’d suggest checking out local cafés instead. It’s still a minor flaw compared to the overall great experience.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We explored the British Museum and went to a show at the West End, both super close. The location couldn’t be better, and the service was top-notch. The room was really comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place for a fun group trip!
One small downside was the inadequate A/C during our stay. It did struggle a bit with the heat, but they provided a fan to help. Just something to keep in mind if you're visiting on warm days.

I loved the location of the hotel, right at Trafalgar Square. Walking distance to all major attractions made it super convenient to explore London. The rooftop bar had stunning views, and the cocktails were quite nice. Housekeeping kept my room spotless and fresh daily, which I appreciated. the service at the front desk was a letdown. They seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive, making simple inquiries feel like a chore. The breakfast quality fluctuated from day to day, with a few essentials missing that should've been replenished. The elevators were a hassle, with long waits since one was out of service during my stay. A better communication about service availability, especially regarding maintenance, would help. The room comfort level was decent, but I wish they had provided more outlets for charging devices. the experience was decent but not without its flaws.
